Usage Fee during weekends: Friday-Sunday $400.00 usage and $200 security deposit refundable if returned damage free and cleaned.
Normal Usage Fee: minimum 4hr for $25.00 per hour.
No reservations will be taken on Holidays.
Community Room Utilization:
All recognized and responsible organizations will be granted equal opportunity, fair and equal treatment with respect to granting requests for meeting space.
Following are some examples of appropriate use of the Community Spaces:
1. Educational uses such as: Nutrition/Health, Exercise Programs and Lectures.
2. Entertainment such as: Holiday Parties and Musical Entertainment.
3. Group Activities such as Resident Association Meetings, Spiritual Meetings, Rummage Sales,
Bake Sales, Games/Puzzle/Cards.
